Housing Information Meals and Lodging Housing and meals are offered in a typical college setting. Air conditioned and non-air conditioned rooms are available. Each attendee is assigned to a single dorm room, with shared bathroom facilities. Linens (sheets, blanket, pillow, and towels) are provided. Consideration will be given to those who, for medical or accessibility reasons, require a ground floor room or an elevator. Meals are served in the college cafeteria on a regular schedule, and special dietary needs may be accommodated if requested in advance. Meals begin with dinner on the first night and end after breakfast on your final morning. No Smoking and Personal Fragrances There is a NO SMOKING policy in effect for all campus buildings. Smoking is permitted outside only. Also, many QBL participants are allergic to colognes, perfumes, and scented soaps. Please leave your fragrances at home and pack extra fabric instead! Accessibility
While the campus is located primarily on one level, there are stairs to be navigated between some of the buildings, and considerable walking between classrooms, cafeteria, dorms and the student activity center where the quilt show, auditorium and registration desk are located. Van service is available for students who require assistance. A limited number of dorm rooms on the ground floor are reserved for students with special needs. For other special accommodation, please contact QBL directly for assistance. Back to Top Registration Form To register online click on link below or download the

Back to Top Scholarships Scholarship Raffle
During each session, “Goodie Baskets” are raffled to benefit the scholarship fund. Raffle tickets are sold during each session of the conference. Students, faculty, and vendors are asked to donate new fabric, books, tools, and other quilt-related items for the “Goodie Baskets”. Quilt tops are also cheerfully and gratefully accepted and raffled separately. Monetary contributions to the Scholarship Fund are always welcome. Scholarship Program
The QBL Scholarship Program was instituted by students to help offset the cost of classes and/or housing for students who might not otherwise be able to attend QBL due to financial considerations. Individuals who
are awarded scholarships receive a
$400 stipend which is to be applied to
the cost of classes and/or housing.
We have some exciting news! Due to the generosity of last year's participants we have the opportunity to award additional Quilting by the Lake Scholarships. If you are interested in applying, you may click on the application form below. Scholarship applications must be accompanied by a QBL registration form for classes and must be received by March 1, 2008. Names of applicants remain anonymous to the Scholarship Committee. Recipient notifications will be sent out April 1, 2008.
We are no longer accepting applications for the Marty Bowne Scholarship for Art Quilters.
