Cancellation Policy
A nonrefundable $125 deposit per session is required to attend. The balance of the conference fee is due May 1, 2009. Cancellations after June 1, 2009 are not refundable for any reason. Conference fees are transferable to another student of your choice. Cancellations must be in writing or email and received no later than June 1, 2009 to qualify for a refund. We encourage you to contact your travel agent regarding travel cancellation insurance.
