The New Grid for Abstract Appliqué

5 days - All Levels

Do you still love block quilts but want to approach them in a more creative way? Learn to design block quilts from a new perspective. For a more effective format, we will alter works of whole images into several sections. Focus will be on constructing images that not only stand alone but also flow visually into each other. Emphasis on blocks of varying sizes and shapes provide each student with a unique approach to the subject matter of their choice.

Taught by: Gabrielle Swain
