My first choice class is full and I am on the waitlist. What is the chance I will get into the class? Unfortunately we can not guarantee any spaces will become available. Please consider having a 2nd choice class and remember, your best chance for getting your first choice is to always register by the early deadline, October 15th.
What is the QBL equipment fee? A QBL equipment fee of $5 per session will be included on your final invoice. This fee is applied to the increasing cost of supplying classroom equipment. The QBL equipment fee is in addition to any supply fee that the teacher may require, which is paid directly to the teacher at QBL.
I am registered for QBL. Can I come a day early ?

Can I arrange for a room next to my friend? Can I have a ground floor room? We will try to accomodate special requests to the best of our ability but cannot be guarenteed. All special requests must be submitted by March 1, 2010.
If I have to cancel, can I get a refund? The $125 deposit is non-refundable. All cancellations must be submitted in writing by June 1st to be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued for any cancellations received after June 1st. Please check with your travel agent for cancellation insurance.
How do I contact a QBL participant in case
of emergency? Contact OCC Campus Safety at 315-498-2478.
How do I register for the QBL Tour Day? Call the Schweinfurth Art Center
to make tour reservations. Cost is $25 per person. Credit card payment is preferred.
Groups of 20 or more get a discounted rate at $20 per person. Advance registration is required, $25 up to reservation deadlines. Late registration $30, and based on availibility. 7/22 tour day reservation deadline is 7/15/10 & 7/29 tour day reservation deadline is 7/22/10.
How do I find out the evening lecture schedule? Lectures are open to registered QBL participants. A schedule of lectures is included in participant registration packets and posted on the QBL website.
What
is my dorm assignment? You will be given your room assignment when
you check in at the Registration Desk.
I need directions to Onondaga Community College. There are directions to the campus on the
OCC website, www.sunyocc.edu.
Is there an admission for the Quilt Show?
What are the hours? General admission is $6. Registered QBL participants, Schweinfurth Art Center members and children
under 12 are free. The Quilt Show is open Sun. 7/18 - Thurs. 7/29 from 11:30am - 5:30pm and Tuesdays 7/20 & 7/27 from 7-9pm. The Quilt Show is closed on Saturday, July 24.
