Priscilla is a well-known national and international quilt and wearables teacher. During
her travels she has taught quilting to school children in Nepal. Seminole Patchwork to
dressmakers in Thailand, and wearable art to quilters in Turkey.When she returns home she
loves to incorporate all her treasures from exotic foreign markets into her classes and
clothing. Among her career highlights she has received Best of Show at the Wearable Art
Festival in Santa Fe and been included in four Bernina and Fairfield Fashion Shows. A
wearable artist since the 1970s, her work has appeared in numerous publications, including
Belle Armoire, Notions, Quilt, and Quilter’s Newsletter. Her clothes have also been featured in
fashion shows in numerous other venues, including the Patchwork & Quilt Expo in France,
the Quilters Heritage Celebration in Lancaster, Pa., and the Sew/Quilt Embroidery Festival in
Saratoga Springs, NY. Aside from outfits for shows, she likes to design art to wear which is
