Students work on their own projects. The teacher is available for assistance, inspiration, critiques and demonstrations.
Come with a pile of fabric and an idea, a half completed quilt, a garment pattern you want to perfect or just about anything quilt or clothing related. Students work on their individual projects with the teacher on hand to assist with both design and technical questions, whether it be quilt or clothing related. Each day students may, if they wish, gather for an informal talk and demonstration on a variety of topics such as ‘Free-Motion Machine Quilting’ and ‘Contrasting Fabric Covered Piping Techniques.’ It will be a wonderful opportunity to work in a productive but stress-free environment and to realize creative possibilities you had not imagined!
